Ce texte décrit Afia tel que le produit est défini aujourd’hui. Un conseil doit encore confirmer ce que le produit n’a pas tranché, en particulier la durée exacte de conservation.

Afia est une application de santé mobile. Elle ne collecte que ce qui sert à fournir le service : le compte, les rendez-vous, et les informations saisies dans l’application.

Données

Le compte comporte un téléphone et, si vous le donnez, un e-mail, ainsi qu’un rôle : patient, médecin, imagerie, laboratoire ou administration. Le profil patient comporte un nom affiché. Le profil médecin comporte une spécialité. L’application conserve aussi les rendez-vous, les notes de consultation, les demandes et résultats d’imagerie et de laboratoire, et le consentement : la finalité et le moment où il a été donné.

Pourquoi

Ces données servent à ouvrir le compte, à prendre rendez-vous, à mener la consultation, et à remettre les résultats d’imagerie et de laboratoire.

Partage

Afia ne vend pas ces données. Elles sont accessibles aux professionnels concernés par le soin : le médecin, l’imagerie et le laboratoire, dans le cadre du service.

Consentement

Le produit garde une trace du consentement. Vous pouvez la consulter et retirer votre consentement.

Accès

Vous êtes responsable de la confidentialité de votre accès.

Suppression

Vous pouvez demander la suppression du compte sur la page publique Supprimer mon compte. Aucune connexion n’est exigée pour lire cette page.

Afia is a mobile health app. It collects only what is needed to provide the service: the account, appointments, and information entered in the app.

Data

An account has a phone number and, if you provide one, an email, plus a role: patient, clinician, imaging, laboratory, or admin. A patient profile has a display name. A clinician profile has a specialty. The app also keeps appointments, visit notes, imaging and laboratory orders and results, and consent: the purpose and the time it was granted.

Why

This data is used to open the account, book a visit, carry out the consultation, and deliver imaging and laboratory results.

Sharing

Afia does not sell this data. It is available to the professionals involved in the care: the clinician, imaging, and the laboratory, as part of the service.

Consent

The product keeps a record of consent. You can read it and withdraw consent.

Access

You are responsible for keeping your access private.

Deletion

You can ask for the account to be deleted on the public page Delete my account. You do not need to sign in to read that page.

يحتفظ المنتج بسجل للموافقة. يمكنك الاطلاع عليه وسحب موافقتك.

الدخول

أنت مسؤول عن سرية وسيلة دخولك.

الحذف

يمكنك طلب حذف الحساب من الصفحة العامة حذف الحساب. لا يلزم تسجيل الدخول لقراءة تلك الصفحة.
